Die Lage ist wunderbar, man ist schnell über den Fluss in der Altstadt. Die Küchenausstattung fanden wir gut, es gab sogar einen Backofen und eine Waschmaschine. Das Bad ist vielleicht etwas eng. Einen kostenfreien Parkplatz haben wir in der Nähe gefunden, man kann auch vor dem Haus halten und ausladen. Der Vermieter war sehr bemüht.

Location. Simplicity. How well Marcio, the host, communicated. It's a characterful building in the heart of the Santa Clara area. 244 bus stop nearby takes you up to the University. Amazing views across the city. The maps in the drawer were very helpful. Easy car parking nearby.
