Great location at the beach. Nice terrace.

− Apartment had a bad sewer smell in living room coming from the kitchen section. First night we were invaded by ants in the bedroom. Expensive parking fee 40,- Zl/day.

Gmina Kosakowo przygotowała małe boisko do piłki nożnej na plaży. Jest wydzielone miejsce do pływania i ratownik. Niestety bardzo wietrzna pogoda i fale nie pozwoliły na kąpiel.

− Po przyjeździe w lokalu a w szczególności w łazience panował nieprzyjemny zapach. Na szczęście wietrzna pogoda i otwarte wszystkie okna zmieniły powietrze. Stało się znośnie. Zapach w łazience pozostał cały czas. Przyczyną problemu jest jakaś usterka w odpływie wody w kabinie prysznicowej. Obiekt lata świetności ma poza sobą.

− It was quite ironic that the owner sent us a reminder the day before our departure, making sure we would check out on time. However, the day before our arrival, they forgot to send us any information about how to access the apartment. As a result, nobody was there to welcome us, and we had to exchange several messages to get the necessary information because our phone calls went unanswered. The apartment has clearly seen better days and it shows that it has not been properly maintained for quite some time. The bathroom had a musty smell, and the window frame was covered with mold. Cleaning was only superficial – there was dirt between the bed frame and the mattress, and both the towels and bed linen had an unpleasant smell. The kitchen was very poorly equipped. We even had to buy our own frying pan just to make scrambled eggs. The daily charge for parking and our small, well-behaved dog was a total of 90 PLN, which we found unreasonably expensive. We have stayed in many places in Poland over the years, but this was by far the worst accommodation in terms of value for money. One more thing worth mentioning is that the apartment is located next to a busy main road, making it difficult to relax because of the constant traffic noise. Of course, this is not the owner's fault, but future guests should be aware of it. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we would not choose this accommodation again, nor would we recommend it at its current price.

− Es war leider keiner da um in die Ferienwohnung zu kommen. Alles per Telefon. Gut das meine Lebenspartnerin polnisch kann.

Bardzoo dużym plusem jest lokalizacja przy samej plaży, blisko sklepy i niektóre restauracje które są czynne ale tylko do 20. Okolica bardzo cicha i spokojna. Sam apartament na pierwszy rzut oka bardzo fajny, ale są małe niedociągnięcia które warto poprawić. My mieliśmy apartament na piętrze, 2 os. Dorosłe plus 16 latek i dla 3 osób jest ok.

− Moje odczucia dla właściciela aby poprawił komfort. Łazienka do remontu ( brak wentylacji, drzwi są usadowione zbyt nisko w efekcie charataja o podłogę, z WC gdzieś cieknie przy spuszczaniu wody i robi się kałuża pod ubikacją którą notorycznie trzeba wycierać ręcznikiem papierowym, zamiast drzwi prysznicowych jest usadowiona kotara) W aneksie kuchennym przydałaby się suszarka na naczynia i mikrofalówka. Ręczniki powinny być dostępne od razu w pokoju plus mały ręcznik do łazienki na podłogę. W apartamencie jest dosyć chłodno. Parking płatny moim zdaniem to przesada. Polecam jak najbardziej pobyt.
