The location, and the Avida Tower staff were amazing

− Our room 1502 in Tower 1 was disgusting. Roaches, soap scum built up on the shower and kitchen sink. The water hose for the toilet was not working. The dishes were not clean and the bed looked dirty. Complete disgust for me and my wife

The staff are excellent and was run by an outstanding general manager. We actually had an earthquake while I was visiting and the professionalism and safety management was exemplary. Security all over to welcome you and make sure you are well taken care of.

Good, well equipped unit in a central location

The room was well equipped and the property was in a very central location.

− When I walked into the unit, every electric appliance including the aircon and the fridge, was unplugged. I had to spend about fifteen minutes locating the plug points and plugging everything in which was inconvenient.
