Hosts rude and unhelpful 😡

− We should have been able to contact hosts to explain we had a van and trailer.when we got there we were told the van wouldn’t fit.so my 70yr old hubby had to sleep in the van on the street below as they had no room for trailer either.complained they said at 9.45pm if we left they would give money back.good look it would have been 3 over 70s on the street.no refund at all.not happy at all 😡

Great location, apartment was beautiful.

− A bit dated for the price. No coffee machine & cheap coffee for a penthouse premium living. Not worth the price of upgrade for penthouse compared to other apartments in building. The key system could be easier when coming with a car.
