We were able to use the washing machine and the host is quite responsive.

− Maybe add some welcome amenities. Such as complimentary toiletries, we stayed for 6 days and we only have 1 roll of toilet paper. Also, add some trash bags.

Disappointing Experience in Davao

I like the attitude and proactiveness of the coordinator, Ms. Kim.

− Very disappointing experience. Unfortunately, the unit did not meet our expectations. We booked for four guests, yet only two towels were provided, along with two very thin comforters. The number of mugs was limited, and the exhaust fan in the bathroom was defective, causing unpleasant odors after use. While the shower itself was acceptable, the grab bar was damaged. What stood out most negatively was the excessive and inefficient security process. For three consecutive days, we were repeatedly questioned every time we entered, about our identity, companions, unit details, and whether we had already checked in. This clearly reflects a lack of an organized system rather than proper security. We almost decided to cancel after checking in but didn't push through becuase the coordinator is kind enough to respond to our concerns and we're out of energy to look for another unit. I strongly advise future guests to request actual photos of the specific unit that will be assigned to them before confirming a booking.

Condo accomodation.

Pool was close. Convenient condo. Heater in the shower worked well. 2 aircons worked well.

− Some cockroaches in the sink area, noisy aircon, problems with stove but worked after a while. Hot water jug was plastic and tainted the water, poor health option here. Usual problems getting into condos.
