5.0Near beach but beach is in conctruction. Wrg timing. Will come again.
− Jacuzzi not function. Water is leaking. Environment so lousy with lndian song until midnight. Can't sleep well.
The room condition not suitable to rent. With poor maintanance.room is creepy, furniture 90's

− The sliding door cannot lock. Safety issue for your child which too excited to see the pool from balcony. Actually we reach this room at night around 10pm. Quite shock with the aura of the room.quite creepy. The owner not do maintenance of the room. Dust everywhere..bathroom dirty.broken jacuzi still keep inside. The facilitied too old like year 90's and never change. We are thinking this room should not be rent anymore. The room condition is suck! We are not stayed overnight in this room. When thinking of safety issue with my son 4y, After bath around 11pm,we decide to check out and find another hotel to stay. We do text the owner to inform with the room condition.
Good location, but badly maintained property.
4.0Location is right at the beach, which makes it very easy to walk there. Theres a water themepark right inside the place, which is easy to access. The parkinglot is big and the security checks everytime to see who is entering the resort. View from the room is direct to waterpark which is lovely to see.
− Resort is quite rundown, in passageways, lift, doorways etc. Unit was not cleaned well, there was brown pee all over the toilet when we reached, and we had to use our own supplies to clean it before using. Jacuzzi in the room was broken, but can be used as a normal tub; curtain is torn; furniture and walls paint is all damaged but usable. Chair is damaged so cant really sit on it. The key to the room is very hard to use have to push it in with a lot of force, which may not be possible for all people. Waterpark is not included in room fee and is charged separately if you want to use it, but you get 2 days for the price of 1 if you stay in the resort. Waterpark is not well maintained, run down, paint peeling, water not too clean. The slides and water fountains are not turned on for quite a while even after the official start time, maybe another hour or so at minimum.
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
