8.0The spaces were so big and it shocked all of us. From 10, we could give 8/10.
− The kitchen need a curtain or blinder. The neighbor could see people inside the house. The smallest room upstairs got 1 air-conditioning but need to be maintain. It was so hot during a night time.

− Must clean the floor, very dirty, balcony was dirty, pay Rm102 ringgit say for cleaning, before guest come must clean lah, not after guests leave then only clean, mop the house 1 time a week even if not have guest,

6.0The renovation is pretty, the house is big, the location is strategic, the price is cheap, I believe it's a worthy one especially when you are on budget.
− The floor wasn't clean, dusty, the toilet flush is not so powerful. The tv is small size.
