Beautiful Accomodation!
10.0Loved everything about this accomodation. The photos don't do the place justice. Such a beautiful little sleepout and an extra room adjoining to the main house with its own ensuite. Clean, spacious and warm. You could see the mount from the driveway and the owners were so kind and friendly enough to let us check in early.

10.0Welbourn was over the road from the racecourse and very close to Pukekura Park which was a bonus for us. There is a lovely set of shops for coffee, Chinese, bakery and general items within a short walk from the accomodation. The Bach is a delight! It is clean, comfortable, has a good tv, lovely kitchenette with all the utensils you need to make your own meals if you choose. The shower area is clean, modern and new. Del and Graeme were lovely welcoming hosts who were easy to approach for any questions.
Please note that the fully self-contained King Room and the Queen Suite are separated by a small courtyard. Therefore, this may not be suitable for families with young children. For more information, please contact the property using the contact details found on the booking form.
