9.0Very nice host went out of her way to pick me up when an Uber had left me stranded at the wrong end of town.
− Location isn't too convenient to get to shops and things but was quite close to the water. If you have a car, it is very good as she has lots of parking on a wide, quiet street.

− Not very clean,left the following morning only stayed one night.Visiting a very sick relative and didn't feel at all happy about the conditions.

− Noticed that certain areas hadn't been cleaned in a while just a lot of dust and kitchen utensils cups plates needed to be washed before using shower needed to be wiped down before we used it apart from that it was fine
OK for short stay where internet is not important.

− WiFi is super slow, I gave up on it and hotspotted on my phone, which was expensive for a 7 day stay, the best it got was 6mbps, but usually around 2 or 3. The host spent 2 days trying to fix it with no success. The apartment has no washing machine or satellite channels, even though it is listed in the listing.
