− Было очень холодно. В день когда мы заселились был снег, и в Шымкенте было холодно. На квартире тоже было холодно

Расположение отличное

− При заселении потребовали залог. На сайте об этом не было ни слова. Мебель в квартире разваливается. Кондиционер слабый и стоит в зале. Спальню он не охлаждает вообще. Газовая плита на кухне старая и неудобная. Горячая вода от газового котла. При приемке душа, если даже в течение 5 минут крутить ручки на кране, все время меняется температура воды от холодной до горячей. Котел включается, немного работает и вырубается и тд. А если нужен только кипяток, то работает без остановки. Но вода слишком горячая
