10.0Tolle saubere Wohnung. Wunderschöne Lage...nur 1 Minute von der Hassan Moschee entfernt. Meerblick von jedem Zimmer. Wir waren mit 3 Kinder da, deshalb war es sehr vorteilhaft auch ein Wäschetrockner zu haben. Gute Klimaanlage. Blick von der Dachterrasse im 7.Stock, die man bequem mit dem Aufzug erreicht, einfach traumhaft!

10.0Très bien situé, avec ascenseur et climatisation. Le salon est très grand. L'appartement est suffisamment grand pour 7 personnes. Tout les équipements y sont. Logement sécurisé

apartment needs maintenance and checking in process needs to be improved.
5.0The apartment was a good size and the beds were comfortable, the doorman was very polite. The washing machine and dryer were nice to have.
− Getting into the apartment was confusing, the doorman stopped us from entering until he spoke with Sofia and we were finally let in, still not sure what the issue was as he didn’t speak english and we didn’t speak moroccan . I was then called by Sophia who asked for photos of our passports , I had sent copies of them to her 9 months ago via email and she had acknowledged receiving them, I found the email and sent it again. Entering the lift lobby we were told by another man who was in the building that they were renovating the apartment next to ours, when we finally got inside the apartment the noise was horrendous, they were jackhammering all day, they finally stopped after 17:00hrs. The cleaner was still in the apartment when we were let inside for at least an hour so we had to wait in the lounge area until she finished. The kitchen lacked kitchenware, for example 3 teaspoons , 3 mugs no tea towels to dry anything, the bathroom floor flooded near the toilet when you showered and the flush button on the toilet was missing.
