Die Unterkunft ist sehr malerisch gelegen und hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig und stilvoll. Insbesondere hervorzuheben ist jedoch das zuvorkommende Personal. Hier speziell unser Manager Andrej, der sich perfekt um uns kümmerte. Er war stets zur Stelle, wenn wir etwas benötigen und hat uns perfekt mit der gesamten Anlage, bis hin zur Strandnutzung, vertraut gemacht.

− Pillows on the bed are not very convenient - there are two types- one is very small and another is too thick

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Andrey and the buggy driver, who both made our stay more enjoyable

− The furniture was of very poor quality and felt cheap. The bed was uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. There was not enough seating in the living room, and the chairs on the balcony were also uncomfortable. The property is located next to an active construction site. The construction work starts early in the morning, and the noise makes it almost impossible to sleep or relax

First of all, our host Andrey is the kindest and nicest person we met in Luštica. He is very professional, but also friendly, helpful, and always available whenever we needed anything. Thank you for everything, Andrey! The apartment is very spacious, comfortable, and functional. Everything was clean and tidy. The location is very good if you have a car. It is close to the main square with shops and restaurants, only a few minutes' drive from the beaches, and about 15 minutes from Tivat. There is also bus options in front of the building who takes people from Lustica centrale to the beach.

− There is a buggy service that takes guests to the beach, which is a nice idea. However, it does not include the ride back from the beach, which is a very strange decision by the owner and makes the service much less useful. The kitchen is very poorly equipped. During our 6-day stay, we could hardly cook anything. There was no cooking oil, vinegar, or sugar. Only salt and pepper were provided. There were no large mugs for tea, only small coffee cups and just one small bowl. There were no small pots, so we even had to boil eggs in a very large pot. There were also almost no cooking utensils, and usually only one of each item. The pillows were also very high and firm, so they were not comfortable for us. The apartment feels furnished only for rental, without the warm feeling of a real home—except for Andrey, who made our stay much more enjoyable. Considering the price, we expected a much better-equipped apartment.
