Excellent sauf le bruit du train

Logement est situé au rez-de-chaussée d’un petit immeuble. On y accède par l’extérieur. Il était propre et bien entretenu. Il est équipé de tout ce dont on pourrait s’attendre à trouver dans un appartement classique. La communication avec le propriétaire était fluide et les instructions reçues étaient claires. L’arrivée autonome était facile grâce à ces indications. L’appartement se trouve à 10min à pied de la gare de Kamakura, un peu plus s’il l’on doit attendre au passage à niveau du train et au feu rouge. Il y a quelques restaurants à proximité directe. La majorité se concentre dans le quartier de la gare.

− L’appartement et son balcon donnent directement sur la voie de chemin de fer. Un train passe toute les 3 minutes environ. Il circulent en tous les cas de 05.30 du matin à 00.00 de la nuit selon mes constatations. Chaque passage de train est précédé d’une alarme (« bip ») lointaine issue du passage à niveau. Le bruit du train et du bip s’entendent inévitablement depuis l’intérieur de l’appartement, fenêtres fermées
