10.0L appartamento è molto confortevole, pulitissimo e ben arredato. La posizione è strategica sia per la vicinanza all’ospedale Maggiore sia al centro di Novara raggiungibili a piedi. Vicinissimo si trova sia un bar, pasticceria e un piccolo supermercato. Inoltre, i proprietari Davide e Mary, sono gentili, accoglienti e molto disponibili, sempre pronti ad aiutare. Mi hanno dato ottimi consigli sulla città. Ho apprezzato molto la loro ospitalità. Qualità che non sempre si trovano e che vanno risaltate. Grazie! Consiglio vivamente di prenotare questo posto. Sia per chi come me si reca lì per lavoro e sia per chi vuole viversi una vacanza.

10.0Posizione centrale e vicina all'Ospedale. Accoglienza perfetta, puntuale e cortese. Appartamento restaurato in modo sapiente da un professionista. Palazzina signorile con condomini civilissimi. Infissi isolanti. Clima. Servizi completi; lavatrice, microonde, piastra a induzione, lavastoviglie, macchina caffè con tutto l'occorrente e più, porta blindatissima, wi-fi, televisione. Corte graziosa per raccolta differenziata.

10.0Appartamento molto pulito, bello e accogliente con tutto il necessario. Davide è stato un host gentile e disponibile, pronto a rispondere ad ogni richiesta e a garantire un soggiorno piacevole. Zona centrale e ben servita da supermercati, fermata bus, bar, ecc...con possibilità di parcheggio in strada gratuito a soli 100 metri. Consiglio questo appartamento a chi cerca tranquillità e comfort per un affitto breve a Novara".

9.0The apartment is in a fantastic location, in a lovely area of Novara and just a short walk from the city center. There’s also a small supermarket right around the corner, which is very convenient. Davide is a wonderful host, polite, friendly, and always ready to help. He shared excellent tips about free parking and the city, and even welcomed me with a thoughtful gift upon arrival. I truly appreciated his hospitality. I highly recommend booking this place. I’ve been in Novara for work, and while many of my colleagues had complaints about their hotels and apartments, this house was by far the best choice I made. The location is safe, the house is spotless, and the neighbours are quiet. Even during 40-degree heat, the house stayed wonderfully cool, almost as if the air conditioning was on, even though I hadn’t used it during the day.
