Très mauvaise expérience
1.0− Très mauvaise expérience. Tout d’abord, l’adresse est incomplète : seul le nom de la rue est indiqué, sans numéro. Une fois sur place, personne ne connaissait l’établissement « Horizon Bleue ». J’ai dû appeler le propriétaire, qui m’a communiqué le numéro de l’immeuble ainsi que des codes d’accès qui ne fonctionnaient pas. En sonnant à l’interphone « Horizon Bleue », une personne m’a simplement demandé de monter au 3ᵉ étage. C’est là que nous avons eu une très mauvaise surprise : il n’y a pas d’ascenseur. Je voyageais avec ma mère, qui est malade et ne peut pas monter les escaliers. Cette information essentielle n’était absolument pas précisée dans l’annonce. Si j’avais su que le logement se trouvait au 3ᵉ étage sans ascenseur, je ne l’aurais jamais réservé. Je trouve ce manque de transparence inacceptable et je ne recommande pas ce logement.
