9.0有號碼標示清楚的停車位。房間就在小溪流旁邊 ，以長期住在都市的我來說。溪流聲音非常療癒。交通方便。火車站公車站都在幾步的距離。我認為管理公司有改善非常多過去住宿人員的問題。這點非常的好也非常重要。管理公司就在對面，辦理住房跟拿鑰匙退房還鑰匙都很方便快速。冰箱容量大。可以買比較多的食物飲料 啤酒回去冰起來。
− 垃圾小屋分類 標示比較不清楚。無法知道要把非回收垃圾放在哪邊。

− L'appartamento e' un sotto tetto e con le temperature estive faceva caldo, anche la notte. Cuscini troppo alti e duri.
