10.0Апартаменты находятся в 2-3 минутах ходьбы от станции водного транспорта San Samuelo. легко добраться с багажом с ж.д вокзала Santa Lucia и от площади P Roma, куда приходят автобусы из аэропорта. Билеты на водный транспорт лучше купить заранее, т к на остановке San Samuelo нет терминала по продаже билетов, оплатить можно только картой. Апартаменты находятся в центре, до основных достопримечательностей пешком несколько минут. Апартаменты находятся на 1 этаже в тихой улице. Гостиная с диваном и столиком с выделенной кухонной зоной с кухней, где есть все необходимое и обеденным столом. Небольшая спальня с двуспальной кроватью, санузел с душевой кабиной. В апартаментах есть все необходимое. Полностью соответствует фото. Хозяин ответил на запрос быстро, рассказал, как можно забрать ключи. Для Венеции отличное место и хорошая цена.

5.0Lo mejor fue la ubicación.
− Pues faltaba muchísima limpieza, la ducha estaba sucia, las paredes de la habitación muy sucias, los rincones con pelusas, y el armario de la cocina con vajilla sucia…y una sola bolsa de basura, y ni champú o gel para las duchas. Y me parece abusivo que se tenga que salir de un apartamento a las 10 de la mañana, cuando las entradas son por la tarde…

− L’équipe qui n’était pas à la hauteur. Le frigidaire était cassé.

8.0Estaba todo limpio y ordenado. Había plancha para la ropa. La zona era tranquila, esta en el centro y al lado de una estación de vaporetto.
