il plus dell'appartamento è che ha veramente tutto e non devi portare nulla da casa; spazioso, ideale anche per soggiorni lunghi; siamo stati piacevolmente colpiti. Parcheggio auto gratuito che si trova facilmente in zona. Posizione comoda per raggiungere con una camminata il tram T1 per Venezia (8 minuti fermata Ca Rossa Volturno e 13 minuti fermata San Marco Cattaneo con macchinetta automatica per fare i biglietti e più vicina a Venezia). Non abbiamo conosciuto l'host di persona ma ci ha dato molte informazioni e sempre a disposizione. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
− appartamento più vissuto rispetto alle foto, zona giorno da arieggiare, biancheria letto matrimoniale ok ma migliorabile (consiglio).

Logement spacieux, pratique et très bien équipé, il y a tout ce dont vous pouvez avoir besoin et même plus ! Proximité des transports publics (~10 min à pied) pour se rendre à Venise. Places de parc dans la rue. L’hôte est très serviable et partage volontiers toutes les informations donc vous avez besoin. Très bonne pizzeria à 5 min à pied.
− Il faisait légèrement froid dans l’appartement (mais nous n’avons pas demandé à l’hôte d’augmenter la température, il l’aurait certainement fait si nous l’avions prévenu); pensez juste à prendre un pyjama manche longue si vous venez hors des saisons estivales.
