Home away from home
10.0Lovely flat. Felt like home. Good communication with owner. Close to railway station. Big supermarket across the road. We had a little trouble finding a nice restaurant in the area, but in the end we found a really good one close to the station.
Tolles Appartement über den Dächern von Ancona.
9.0Problemlose Remote-Türöffnung und klare, nette Anweisungen zur Benutzung der Dusche sowie der elektromechanischen Fensterschattierung im Schlafzimmer. Saubere und sehr stilvoll eingerichtete Dachwohnung. Gut sortierte Küche. Wenn man die Klimaanlage nicht mag, kann man nach Sonnenuntergang mittels geöffneter Dachfenster und Balkontür für angenehmen Durchzug sorgen. Zu Fuss ist man in 15 Minuten in der Altstadt von Ancona. Das Auto kann auf öffentlichen und zahlungspflichtigen Parkplätzen vor der Unterkunft abgestellt werden (EasyPark App-tauglich). Es hat einen Lift bis in den 6. Stock.
− Der Duschschlauch müsste mal ersetzt und der Badewannen-Abfluss entstopft werden. Duschen im Badewannensitz ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig aber wegen der Dachschrägen wohl nicht anders möglich. Bei geöffneten Dachfenstern darf einen das Gackern, Wimmern und Krächzen der Möwen nachtsüber nicht stören ;-).

10.0Todo! La casa está muy bien cuidada, tiene todas las comodidades, limpia y ordenada. Silvia es una gran anfitriona, constante contacto con nosotras. Cerca de la terminal de trenes y de las paradas de colectivos. Mi estadía fue corta pero linda. Volvería sin dudas!
