10.0Расположение близко к центру, очень добрый и приятный владелец дома, качество сервиса. Хорошая мебель, очень чисто, 2 кондиционера. Есть вся необходимая техника и посуда, владелец дома делился хорошими местами в Венеции и быстро решал любые вопросы, всегда шел на встречу

10.0The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore Venice on foot. The beds were comfortable, and having two bathrooms was very convenient for our group. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was quick and helpful.

10.0The property location was excellent, away from the busy streets but still within easy walking distance from the tourist areas and the Santa Lucia train station. The apartment was very clean and our host was very easy to reach and replied quickly. Plenty of room for our group of 6 with the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. No elevator but the stairs were not a problem for our group. AC worked great and there is a washer and drying racks provided. The beds were firmer than what I’m used to but we slept fine.

10.0El apartamento es MUY grande, para 6 personas es perfecto, super comodo! El barrio de Canareggio no es tan turistico, es más para Veneziano pero está lleno de sitios lindos para tomar algo. Por la noche el barrio es mágico.
