Piękny , przestronny apartament na piętrze, z dwoma sypialniami i dwoma łazienkami przy każdej sypialni. Z bardzo dobrze dziajającą klimatyzacją, co było zbawienne przy upałach powyżej 40 stopni :) dodatkowe ręczniki na plażę. Z cudownym widokiem na morze ! Bardzo wygodny i bardzo dobrze wyposażony, z prywatnym tarasem do wyłącznej dyspozycji, bardzo czysto. Dostępna kawa dla gości i dobrze wyposażona kuchnia w sprzęty jak chcesz sam coś przygotować. Dodatkowa sofa w części dziennej, do restauracji czy sklepu kilka minut piechotą. Polecam !

A perfect second stay, we'll definitely be back!

This was our second stay here, having also visited last year, and it was just as fantastic as we remembered. We stayed in the Maestrale apartment, while my father stayed in the Scirocco apartment below us. Both apartments exceeded our expectations once again. The apartments are spotless, spacious and exceptionally well equipped with everything you could need. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the showers are excellent, and the kitchens have everything required if you want to cook at home. Everything is modern, easy to use and very well maintained. The location is perfect, only a 4 to 5 minute walk from the beautiful Mondello beach with its crystal clear water. The communal outdoor area is a lovely place to relax with a meal or a drink while enjoying views of the sea. From the Maestrale apartment, the views from our windows are absolutely stunning. The staff are always friendly, welcoming and helpful, making us feel at home from the moment we arrive. There are plenty of excellent restaurants, cafés and local shops within walking distance, all offering great quality at reasonable prices. It's also ideally located, only around 20 minutes from Palermo Airport and about 20 minutes from Palermo city centre. Returning for a second year says everything. We absolutely love staying here and will definitely be back again. Grazie Nicoletta 🙏🏼

A very nice apartment with a beautiful rooftop terrace. It is well equipped and includes coffee capsules for the coffee machine, bottled water, and some snacks, which was a thoughtful touch. The apartment was very clean and is located in a beautiful villa. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and it's only a two-minute walk to the sandy beach. I would definitely recommend staying here.

− Everything was excellent. However, to make the stay even better, it would be worth considering installing an awning on the rooftop terrace. The terrace gets a lot of direct sunlight, and on hot days it can be too warm to sit there comfortably. A larger outdoor sofa would also make the space even more enjoyable. One other observation is that there are many cats in the area, including a lot of kittens. I love animals, but it might be worth considering whether their population is being monitored or managed in a humane way to ensure their welfare and to prevent overpopulation.
