− Siamo stati in questa struttura 8 gennaio e all'interno dell'appartamento c'erano 14 gradi, era freddissimo,. Abbiamo dormito con i cappotti. Il giorno seguente abbiamo restituito le chiavi e fatto reclamo. Nonostante tutto il proprietario si rifiuta di restituici i soldi, non ci si comporta così.
