6.0− Al nostro arrivo programmato con self check-in per le 15 abbiamo trovato l’appartamento da pulire e abbiamo atteso un’ora l’arrivo del personale addetto alle pulizie dopo aver telefonato e fatto presente il malinteso. Oltre ad aver atteso mezza giornata per non dover pagare il check-in anticipato, abbiamo perso ulteriore tempo per colpa di questa incompetenza.
