10.0The apartment was fantastic.plenty of room,comfy bed, good bathroom and kitchen and a beautiful view off the larger size balcony.After weeks of climbing stairs the lift was a bonus.Apartment was just enough distance away from the traffic and buzy area but 2 minutes walk into shops/ resturants Great spot

8.0L'emplacement près du ponte vecchio, la tranquillité de la rue (fin juin), le tramway situé à 20 minutes à pied (liaison avec l'aéroport), la proximité du jardin de la villa bardi. L'espace et le cachet de l'appartement.
− La plaque électrique obsolète. La climatisation de la chambre qui se déclenche bruyamment.
Beautiful stay in a beautiful city
10.0Flavia was very helpful right from the beginning of our stay. She personally helped us find the location and get situated. The balcony view and location were perfect for immersing in Florence. 2 blocks from Ponte Vecchio! Flavia’s restaurant recommendation, right downstairs, was excellent. And we were very grateful for the washing machine and drying rack after being on the road for a couple weeks!

Please note that in compliance with the current Italian legislation, the rules on heating have currently been modified. The heating can be switched on from November 8th until April 7th, the temperature can be 19 degrees (with 2 degrees of tolerance) and it will be on for a limited number of 11 hours a day, from 6 to 9,30 am and from 2:30 to 10 pm.
