Amazing location just a short stroll from Piazza San Marco and all that this area of Venice has to offer, yet a private and quiet refuge from the crowds. We particularly enjoyed watching the Fiesta Del Redentore fireworks from the private rooftop deck. The apartment was spacious and clean, and the owner as well as the check-in and cleaning staff were gracious,, professional and accommodating.

excellent location

− Impossibly hot. They only had room air conditioners which required the windows be open to operate. Since all the drapes were pulled it was very dark. Way too hot! They allowed us to transfer to another apartment which had real air conditioning, but it did not meet our needs, we needed 3 bedrooms and there were only 2 so one person had to sleep in a pull out couch and the space was MUCH smaller. They did not reduce our price to accommodate these problems. Just know if you go the air conditioning may not be adequate for your needs.

Sensationelle Unterkunft für Kleingruppen

Lage, Ausstattung und Erreichbarkeit des Vermieters waren einfach genial! Ich habe für einen Gruppenreise beide Unterkünfte zusammen angemietet und wir alle waren einfach begeistert. Die Apartments sind nur einen Katzensprung vom Platz San Marco entfernt und zugleich komplett ruhig. Das I-Tüpfelchen war die großräumige Dachterrasse mit einem unfassbar schönen Sonnenauf- und untergang über den Dächern der Stadt. Die gut ausgestattete Küche haben wir kaum gebraucht, weil man problemlos und günstig morgens früh direkt neben dem Eingang zum Gebäude draußen frühstücken konnte. Es gibt nichts, was diese Unterkünfte nicht haben. Gerne immer wieder!

− Wie gesagt: Alles wunderbar! Klitzekleine Anmerkung: Wenn das Terrassen-Apartment für bis zu 6 Personen vermietet wird, wären 6 Stühle auf der Terrasse und ggf ein Sonnenschutz auch sehr schön. 6 Stühle waren auf dem Foto abgebildet, aber es waren nur vier da. Oder haben wir etwas übersehen?

The apt is beautiful but no working air conditioning ruined the stay.

The apartment was very nice, well appointed and great location . The beds are mostly comfortable, one was too soft. Bathrooms were large, clean, nicely stocked with toiletries and had a washer. The kitchen was nice and adequately stocked. The terrace had beautiful views but it was too hot to enjoy except in the morning. The evening had too many mosquitos.

− The biggest problem was the air conditioning did not work well. There is one wall unit that worked but couldn’t keep up. the central air conditioner did not cool at all. It was so hot and miserable. No one could sleep, you couldn’t open windows to possibly get a breeze because you would get bit up by mosquitos. All the windows and shutters had to remain closed so the heat wouldn’t come in so it was dark in the whole unit. It was not enjoyable to hangout at all. The temperature in the apartment never went below 29C (84F). Because of this it put a real damper on our stay.
