- Fijne/centrale ligging ten opzichte van San Gimignano, Siena, Certaldo, Volterra, Florence en Chianti. - Prijs-kwaliteit in orde. - Ruim gelijkvloers appartement met 2 slaapkamers, kinderbedje en kinderstoel aanwezig. 1 Keuken voldoende uitgerust (o.a. vaatwasser, oven, kookplaat en koelkast met vriesvak). - Fijn dat er (gratis) wasmachines beschikbaar waren, droogrek, wasknijpers etc. - Goed werkende aircoโ€™s in de slaapvertrekken. - Schoon beddengoed, voldoende handdoeken. - Voldoende ligbedjes en parasols bij het zwembad. - Huisvuil dient netjes gesorteerd te worden en kun je zelf met een pasje wegbrengen naar bakken langs te provinciale weg. - Opladen van elektrische auto kan bij snellader in San Gimignano (1 werkende Ewiva lader bij de Coop, 10-15min rijden (Enel doet het niet)) of in Poggibonsi (4 Ewiva snelladers, schuin tegenover de PAM, 25 min rijden).

โˆ’ - De laatste 1.5km is een smalle en steile, onverharde en onverlichte toegangsweg, waar je hoopt niemand tegen te komen. Zeker zijn charme, maar de auto heeft afgezien. Best voor het donker thuis zijn! De 2km daarvoor is een slecht geasfalteerde, smalle weg. In ons geval had een vrachtauto daar pech en konden we deze niet passeren. Alternatieve wegen waren niet begaanbaar voor een normale auto. - Afwezigheid van peper/zout/olie in de keuken. - Zoals anderen al vermelden zijn de bedden vrij hard. - Er was zitgelegenheid buiten, voor het appartement, maar dat was vol in de zon. Een schaduwplekje aan huis was fijn geweest.
