appartamento molto bello, comodo e con una forte personalità: travi in legno a vista. camino, riscaldamento ottimale, spazi ben suddivisi, cucina superfunzionale, due bagni. La proprietaria, gentilissima, ci ha fatto trovare tantissime cose per fare colazione (davvero tante!) e tutto l'occorrente per cucinare. Posizione ottima, proprio sul'inizio della zona storica della città, posti auto sotto casa con striscie blu, a due passi da parcheggi sia liberi che a pagamento. Non un cubicolo arrangiato per turisti ma una casa "vera", organizzata per essere vissuta e goduta.

− unico minus: persone con difficoltà deambulatorie, anziani o viaggiatori con grandi bagagli troverebbero difficoltosi i tre piani senza ascensore con rampe strette e ripide... a parte questo, tutto perfetto.

Colazione abbondante e posizione perfetta. Appartamento bello e dotato di tutti i comfort. Tutto organizzato bene. Si lascia la macchina e non ci si pensa più. Si gira Rieti a piedi comodamente, e i dintorni sono comodi da visitare.

Appartamento molto carino e comodo. Ci ha lasciato un sacco di cose per fare colazione, cosa che non e comune trovare quando si affitta un appartamento

We loved the balcony, the AC and having a spacious apartment to ourselves. The breakfast was a nic touch.

− We thought the kitchen could be much better equipped. It was missing some essentials like bowls, knives and various pans/pots.
