Samantha vermietet ein sehr nettes Appartment mit 3 Balkonen und mit zusätzlicher riesiger Dachterrasse (7. Stock), die uns allein zur Verfügung stand. Es gab eine Mappe mit vielen Informationen. Das Appartment ist im 6. Stock (mit Lift). Die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Ein Auto oder zumindest ein Rad ist zu empfehlen.

− Es gab sehr vielen Gelsen und keine Fliegengitter.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit Balkonen, Dachterrasse, Garten und Strand in fußläufiger Entfernung

Toller Aufenthalt. Die Ferienwohnung liegt im 6. Stock. Ein Aufzug ist vorhanden. Highlight ist eine riesige Dachterrasse, die über das Treppenhaus im 7. Stock erreichbar ist. Der Blick auf den See ist durch zwei Gebäude etwas eingeschränkt. Die Dachterrasse ist nur für diese Wohnung bestimmt. In der Wohnung gibt es drei Balkone, und draußen gibt es noch einen naturbelassenen Garten, den man auch nutzen kann. Man hat einen kostenlosen Parkplatz, der durch ein Tor geschlossen ist. WLAN ist sehr gut. Geschirr, Töpfe und so weiter wurden nicht genutzt sind aber vorhanden. Wir nehmen immer unsere eigenen Tassen, Gläser und so weiter mit und gehen überwiegend auch essen, so dass wir die Küche nur für Kaffee oder Tee brauchen. In 300 m Entfernung ist ein öffentlicher Strand. Samantha, die Vermieterin ist freundlich, sympathisch, zuvorkommend, supernett und immer erreichbar. 🤗 Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Die Lage war super. Man ist zu Fuß in ca 10 min an einem öffentlichen Strand. Außerdem ist es eine sehr ruhige Gegend mit viel Grün drumherum. Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei (Labrador) - das war überhaupt kein Problem.

− Leider gab es keine Spülmaschine. Da wir aber nur Frühstück selbst gemacht haben, war es trotzdem okay.
