Gute Lage

− Es war sehr dreckig. An der Toilette haben noch die Reste vom Vorgänger geklebt.Die Badewanne und das Waschbecken waren sehr verschmuzt und haben wohl schon lange keinen Putzlappen mehr gesehen. Der Staubsauger ist wohl auch nur Deko. Im ganzen könnte die Unterkunft mal eine Auffrischung vertragen.

Lage war gut. Fahrräder könnten wir im Flur sicher unterstellen.

− Wer nicht feste schläft, hört gewiss die Straße. Die gesamte Ausstattung könnte eine Kur gebrauchen... Wir sind nicht pingelig, aber bei der Sauberkeit ist sicher noch deutlich Luft nach oben.

Perfekt für einen Kurzurlaub

Die Unterkunft hat uns gut gefallen. Es war alles in der Wohnung was man benötigt. Da die Wohnung nicht direkt an der Straße liegt, hört man auch kaum den Autoverkehr. Parkplatz direkt am Haus.

Tolle Lage, etwas abgewohnt

Die Wohnung ist groß. Ideal für 4 Personen. Raumaufteilung ist gut. Die Lage ist gut. Fußläufig ist alles super zu erreichen. Toll ist der Parkplatz direkt an der Unterkunft. Schlüsselübergabe und Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber haben klasse funktioniert.

− Leider ist die Wohnung etwas abgewohnt und bräuchte eine Renovierung. Einige Fugen an der Badewanne sind schon schwarz. Türen schließen schlecht/schleifen am Boden. Einige Wände müssten geweißt werden. Auch die Küchenausstattung könnte teilweise erneuert werden. Der Eigentümer meinte, dass er sich in Zukunft darum kümmer werden. Bei offenem/ gekipptem Fenster hört man den Straßenlärm. Nachts zum Schlafen, bei wenig Verkehr, geht es aber.
