The location and facilities were good, but a few issues came up during the stay.
6.0Great location within walking distance of water bus stop, plus nearby attractions. The apartment is spacious enough for four guests and includes a cozy living room and a pleasant courtyard. A strong value for the price.
− We booked two nights. On the first night, neither the water heater nor the room heater was working. By the second night, the water heater was fixed, but the room heater still wasn’t functioning. The host acted responsibly and refunded one night plus the city tax. They were generally kind, though not fully attentive to the situation — one of them even mentioned that my message after 10:00 pm was “too late” for them. Without this issue, the stay would have been perfect.

7.0Location was great. Short walk to Avenida da Liberdade. There are small markets around as well.
− One bed was very hard. Other two beds were okay. There is no AC, but they have fans.
