Przepiękny, czysty i wygodny apartment w cudownej Wenecji.
10.0Uważam że to jedno z najlepszych miejsc w Wenecji. Lokalizacja genialna. Od dworca kolejowego można dojść wolnym spacerem z walizkami w 10 minut. Miejsce jest położone w zacisznej okolicy, a jednocześnie kilkanaście metrów od wodnej taksówki (3 przystanki-można dotrzeć wszędzie! - na Lido, na dworzec, na Murano po przesiadce) Fantastyczna knajpka Tre Archi tuż za rogiem z genialną pizzą. Apartment bardzo przestronny, przewiewny. Ma taras. Jest na parterze. Jest wyposażony w klimatyzację która jest bardzo wydajna i cicha. W pełni wyposażona bardzo wygodna i ładna kuchnia. Duże łóżko (mam 193cm wzrostu a łóżko było bardzo wygodne). Znakomite poduszki (płaska twardsza i druga bardziej miękka). W salonie duża rozkładana kanapa. Łazienka z wanną i prysznicem. Okna wyposażone w okiennice (niezbędne w czasie upałów). Okna sypialni wychodzą na kanał, nie ma złego zapachu ani komarów. Właścicielka przyjęła nas bardzo miło, wszystko wyjaśniła, interesowała się, pomogła rozłożyć kanapę (trzeba pociągnąć do siebie i unieść nieco do góry) Polecam wstawać wcześnie rano, wsiąść w wodną taksówkę i unikać chodzenia po Wenecji od 10 do 18 :-) Cudownie jest wstać rano o 6 i spacerować niemal pustymi uliczkami, a potem popłynąć na Lido na plażę i dopiero wieczorem pójść do knajpki albo zwiedzać Wenecję. Fajnie jest wsiąść rano do wodnej taksówki i płynąć razem z Wenecjanami udającymi się do pracy. Miejsce zasługuje na najwyższą ocenę!
− Minusy są minimalne. Komuś może przeszkadzać że prysznic jest niezbyt wygodny, albo wanna dość mała. Odrobiny tynku są widoczne w paru miejscach na podłodze. Jest mały telewizor (po co komuś telewizor w Wenecji!) Może komuś brakować miski na sałatkę. To są detale.

10.0Všetko, zmodenizovaný ale tradičný byt, priestranný, plne vybavený, v blízkosti stanice autobusu a vlaku a vaporreta. Boli sme už druhy krát v tomto ubytovaní.

7.0Die Lage ist perfekt, sehr ruhig, die Betten bequem, das Appartement hat große Räume. Ein kleiner Patizio, allerdings Vorsicht ⚠️ die Nachbarn oben drüber gießen ausgiebig ihre Blumen 🥳
− Ameisen in der Küche, keine Küchenmesser, keine Spültabs für die Spülmaschine. Es wäre schön gewesen, hätte die Vermieterin sich mal nach uns erkundigt. So habe ich es bei anderen Unterkünften erlebt. So haben wir sie fünf Minuten bei Ankunft zur Schlüssel Übergabe gesehen. Leider konnten wir auch unser Gepäck nicht am Abreisetag noch unterstellen, da unser Flug erst am Abend war.

9.0The location of the apartment was perfect for us. Short walk from the train station making it easy to arrive and leave with luggage. It is in a quiet part of Venice with excellent restaurants,bars by a canal, such a great vibe, with a vaporetto stop around the corner. The apartment is spacious, modern, with a lovely courtyard and a picturesque canal beside it. We will recommend this apartment to friends and family seeking accommodation ideas. If we ever visit again, will book here. The owner and her staff were super helpful and communication was great.😊 if you want to “experience “Venice this is your place.
− An umbrella would have been handy Maybe a coupe more pillows… as you can see these are really minor and just small touches ☺️
