Die beiden Balkone, die Wohnung an sich, unsere Ansprechpartnerin Carla

− Die Wohnung ist etwas "in die Jahre gekommen ", aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Es fühlt sich an, als wäre man bei einer italienischen Familie zu Besuch und die Bewohner sind grad nicht da 😀

Appartamento ben fornito di tutti i servizi ed utensili soprattutto da cucina, ampia dotazione di pentolame e similari; struttura situata in zona tranquilla dalla quale si raggiungono il mare,i negozi ed il centro paese in meno di 10 min a piedi. La sig.Carla è veramente una brava persona, molto attenta e disponibile ai bisogni ed alle richieste dei suoi clienti; ad ogni domanda ed a qualsiasi richiesta abbiamo ricevuto risposte adeguate ed in tempi molto brevi.

− Appartamento situato al secondo ed ultimo piano sopra al quale c'è il tetto a "solarium" e ciò fa sì che, nelle giornate di sole e nei periodi più caldi della stagione, l'interno di tutte le stanze sia caldissimo quasi ai limiti della sopportazione fisica; c'è da dire che ci sono molte finestre che se vengono tenute aperte e con le tapparelle un po' abbassate si crea un movimento d'aria e si limita l'ingresso del sole almeno nelle ore più calde, sfortunatamente al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato una giornata priva di aria e pur spalancando tutte le finestre l'appuntamento era un vero e proprio forno; abbiamo ovviato chiedendo all'host se ci fosse stata la possibilità avere dei ventilatori e ce ne ha prontamente fornito uno...da quel giorno in poi anche all'esterno sono poi giunte correnti d'aria ed è stato più vivibile ma nel complesso è un genere di appartamento che essendo senza aria condizionata è poco confortevole dal punto di vista termico, almeno nei periodi più caldi della stagione. Voglio precisare che nell'elenco servizi in dotazione è specificato che l'aria condizionata non è presente ma non potevamo immaginare che con il tetto solarium al di sopra facesse questo effetto forno.Per il resto tutto bene.

The apartment is spacious and generally well equipped.

− we unfortunately had to leave sooner than planned because the bathroom was somehow smelly, something like humidity or so. this was reported by one previous review but we had thought the problem was in the meantime solved. the smell, together with black spots around the shower which made us suspicious of mold, made us decide to leave because we did not want to take the risk of breathing in something not good. unfortunately, in spite of reporting the problem to the owners and to Booking.com (who acknowledged there was indeed an issue) we could not get a refund from the owners and had to find another accommodation at our own expenses. side points, not necessarily negative, just worth mentioning for posterity: - the beach is indeed nearby but there is no sidewalk to reach it (this is actually common in the town unfortunately) - the nearby beach is of little stones with a steep access to the sea; beaches in the town centre are more accessible - some parts of the apartment are somewhat narrow (corridor and bathroom) - the apartment is on the second floor - the walls are somewhat dirty and would need some thorough repainting
