− Rien ! Même le starionnement qui semblait être compliqué est réglé avec un parking couvert au prix abordable à 400 m (parking Garibaldi).

− Ήταν στο τρίτο όροφο και δεν υπήρχε ανελκυστήρας. Όμως υπήρχε ανελκυστήρας για τις αποσκευές. Ήταν ελλιπές σε εξοπλισμό όπως π.χ. τοστιέρα, αλατοπίπερο, ζάχαρη, καφές, υλικά καθαρισμού για σκεύη και ντουζιέρα ήταν μικρή
