Lage ausgezeichnet am Giudeccakanal. Große Wohnung im Dachgeschoß. Charmante Patina mit antiken Möbeln und Bildern. Supermarkt in der Nähe. Komplette Küche. Betten ausgezeichnet. Als Highlight gibt es noch eine Dachterrasse mit Rundumblick.

Die Aussicht auf die Lagune ist sowohl aus der Wohnung, wie auch von der Terrassse aus ATEMBERAUBEND! Die Einrichtung mit vielen schönen Antiquitäten und sehr vielen schönen Bildern ist sehr schön. Der Charme der alten Patrizierwohnung ist unvergleichlich.
− Es fehlen ein paar wenige Küchengeräte und Geschirr, z.bsp. Teekrug und Toaster. Es wäre schön, wenn sich bei der Ankunft im Kühlschrank eine Flasche Wasser befände. Ausserdem riecht es in der Wohnung etwas unangenehm, so wie in den meisten alten Häusern im Süden.
