A gem of a place, would like to revisit in the near future

The location in the small hamlet of Ilci was just perfect. Little, if any, vehicular traffic, the pool was refreshing and of the appropriate size, the owners were very welcoming and the view was manicured countryside that was relaxing to look at. Only ten minutes away from two supermarkets to stock up the apartment, convenient to reach southern and central Umbria (Spoleto, Bevagna, Todi and Stifone) and three minutes from the recommendable Osteria Novecento that is overlooking a verdant valley.

In posizione molto tranquilla, a dieci minuti di macchina dal centro; appartamento molto ben tenuto e ristrutturato in tipico stile.

− Qualche piccolo dettaglio da rivedere; zanzariere rotte, doccia in piscina non funzionante, stoviglie non tutte pulite.

Ottima posizione per visitare i punti di interesse. La struttura è bella ed accogliente. I proprietari sono molto disponibili e qualsiasi richiesta vengono subito. Il parcheggio è fuori dal cancello quindi comodo e vicino. Lo spazio fuori ben curato, fruibile e godibile. Lo consiglio.
