− تمالتواصل مع مسؤول الشقة واخطارة بكل العيوم التقيم العام غير راضي تماما وده بسبب تهالك الشقة وعدم الصيانة ولا النظافة فرش فقير جدا كراسي السفر مكسورة الحمامات غير نظيفة و متهالكة وتحتاج لتجديد الجدران في الريسبشن تحتاج دهانات لا يوجد ادوات نظافة ولا اكياس قمامة كبيرة فقط علبة مناديل

السعه الاطلاله التعامل الجيد مع المالك

− قلة وجود افياش الكهرباء كثرة اعطال أفياش الكهرباء (اضطررت إلى تشغيل المايكرويف وسخان الماء في غرفة النوم!)

البيلسان مكان جميل جدا بس للاسف صاحب الشقه غير مهتم بنظافة والاثاث ولايوجد مناديل في الحمامات
