9.0L'alloggio è in pieno centro storico di Orta, vicinissimo all'imbarcadero, ai ristoranti e a tutte le principali attrazioni. E' ben ristrutturato, pulito e decisamente confortevole. Il proprietario è gentile ed estremamente disponibile. Ulteriore punto a favore è la presenza di un box auto, incluso nel prezzo, situato a brevissima distanza a piedi dall'appartamento.
− L'alloggio è situato al terzo piano di un palazzo storico, senza ascensore. La caratteristica ci è stata ben chiarita all'atto della prenotazione e per noi non ha rappresentato un problema, ma la segnalo comunque come punto di attenzione per chi ha difficoltà a fare le scale.
