Casa bellissima , funzionale , molto moderna con tutto nuovo . Host gentilissimo , premuroso ed anche simpatico . Villetta con un bel giardino , grandi spazi , dentro e fuori . Zona molto tranquilla. Nessun problema a parcheggiare la macchina.

− Ovviamente essere in zona tranquilla e fuori dal centro presuppone un pochino di distanza dal mare , fattibile anche a piedi , ma ovviamente non proprio vicinissimo. Comunque tutto ciò era ben chiaro nelle indicazioni e descrizioni della location.

La struttura è nuova e stupenda, con grande attenzione ai dettagli e una pulizia impeccabile. La mia famiglia e io abbiamo trascorso una settimana fantastica e ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Il proprietario, Simone, è una persona gentile e sempre disponibile. Lo consigliamo vivamente!

Casa stupenda situata in una zona tranquilla ma strategica per visitare le spiagge più belle. Simone simpaticissimo e gentile, è stato super disponibile dandoci ottimi consigli per visitare al meglio i posti più belli della provincia di Siracusa. Pulizia top!! Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Strepitoso!

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato una decina di giorni ad agosto 2025 in questa struttura, ubicata in una zona molto tranquilla. È una villa di recentissima costruzione, composta da quattro appartamenti in un bel giardino tenuto ottimamente dal proprietario(che vive in uno dei quattro appartamenti) e che ne cura minuziosamente i dettagli. l'appartamento è completamente nuovo, così come l' arredamento ; la cucina è dotata di fornelli ad induzione, lavastoviglie, microonde e forno ,tutti nuovi; abbiamo sfruttato sia l'ampio terrazzo (le fotografie non gli rendono giustiza) dotato di un grande e moderno ombrellone ,che il balcone sul lato opposto. Nell'ampio bagno, oltre alla strepitosa e gigantesca doccia, c"e una lavatrice(nuova!). Nel salottino c'è un tavolo dove ci si può mangiare in 4. Le due camere hanno entrambe il parquet e la porta finestra e i serramenti in alluminio orientabili manualmente. Che dire, grazie alla cortesia e la disponibilità del proprietario, che ringraziamo tantissimo, abbiamo trascorso un meraviglioso soggiorno in questa meravigliosa Sardegna.
