Gemütliche kleine Ferienwohnung als Basislager für Aktivitäten rund um Garmisch-Partenkirchen
9.0Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral in Partenkirchen, der Ortskern ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, bis nach Garmisch geht man etwas länger. Für mich war es eine ideale Ausgangsbasis für Aktivitäten in der Gegend. Als Alleinreisender war die Wohnung mehr als groß genug und die Bilder haben nicht zu viel verprochen.
− Wie vorab vom Anbieter angekündigt gibt es keinen Parkplatz der zur Wohnung gehört. Ich habe aber in aller Regel einen Parkplatz in der Straße gefunden und hatte kein Problem damit ein paar Meter zu laufen. Bei An- und Abreise habe ich kurz auf dem Hof geparkt. Bedingt durch die gegenüberliegenden Schulen und die Baustelle war es morgens etwas lauter, das hätte für Langschläfer etwas störend sein können. Beides für mich persönlich kein Problem und kein Grund die Alpenkate nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

Gute Unterkunft mit super Aussicht
9.0Eine saubere und gut eingerichtete Unterkunft. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte ohne Probleme. Die Aussicht vom Balkon war absolut fantastisch. Die Küche war sehr schön und komfortabel. Es war alles fußläufig zu erreichen.
− Trotz allem wirkte die Wohnung ein wenig lieblos eingerichtet. Es hat irgendwie an Gemütlichkeit gefehlt.
