3.0− Appartamento sporco, trascurato e pericoloso. Water staccato dal pavimento, non siliconato, dunque ballerino con perdita acqua laterale. Caldaia posizionata sul water in un bagno non finestrato con rischio colpi di testa continui. Cassetti del lavandino rotti e non ricollocati sotto il lavandino ma piazzati a vista nel sottoscala. Forno sporco e incrostato. Cucina senza primi beni necessari. Camera a soppalco con finestre che danno sul tetto spiovente del palazzo accanto, prive di protezione a rischio caduta nel vuoto. Poca disponibilità alla risoluzione dei problemi giustificati dal tempo necessario e non disponibile per la manutenzione. Restituzione della caparra richiesta e rifiutata dal gestore.

4.0− de host reageerde niet, water was koud en dat was niet afgesproken. Ook wist de host niet dat ik aankwam ookal heb ik dit meermaal aangegeven. Ik moest de host bellen en hij vertelde mij dat ik hem maar eerder had moeten bellen. Dit heeft hij nergens aangegeven. Daarnaast werd de host boos omdat ik wat vroeg over de wifi. Hij heeft daarnaast nergens uitleg over gegeven. Geen fijne ervaring.
