Nice apartment with draconian rules!

Very nice apartment in a great location

− Draconian rules! Rental fee does not include towels! Not only that - you are expected to clear out your trash, remove the sheets from the bed and pile them on the floor.... Oh, and no one told us it is on the third floor with no elevator!
