Top Lage, schöne Einrichtung
8.0Lage ist super - man kann zu Fuß ans Seeufer laufen. Vermieter war freundlich. Schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit 2 Balkonen und ein wenig Seeblick.
− Für 172,70€ pro Nacht (!) hatten wir schon deutlich bessere Unterkünfte (Geschirr wirkt zusammengewürfelt, Schneidebretter komplett abgenutzt, keine Seife / Duschgel im Bad,…) Checkout war 10:00Uhr - bereits 9:50 Uhr wurde mehrfach angerufen und dann 2 Minuten vor 10 geklingelt (wir haben gerade die Koffer zur Tür gebracht), damit gewährleistet ist, dass wir auch wirklich Punkt 10 draußen sind… Da fühlt man sich ziemlich rausgeschmissen, obwohl wir pünktlich ausgecheckt haben. Wir vermieten selbst Ferienwohnungen und kennen das Thema bei Belegungswechsel, jedoch ist bei uns klar geregelt, dass Check-In erst ab 16:00Uhr ist und das Reinigungspersonal genug Zeit hat. Und bei uns gibt’s auch Duschgel und ne Nespresso mit ausreichend Kapseln zum halben Übernachtungspreis 😉
Schöne Wohnung am Bodensee, alles fußläufig zu erreichen.
9.0Der Gatsgeber war sehr freundlich, die Schlüsselübergabe lief problemlos. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schick eingerichtet, gut gelegen und man konnte vom Balkon aus den Bodensee sehen. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich eine Bäckerei. Sowohl der See als auch Restaurant, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Unterhaltung sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
− In der Dachgeschosswohnung wird es im Sommer sehr warm. Die Bettwäsche hatte einen eigenartigen Geruch, als wäre sie zwischen den Mietern nicht gewechselt worden oder der Vormieter hatte einen starken Körpergeruch. Die Wohnung ist ziemlich hellhörig, sowohl Verkehr (liegt direkt an einer vielbefahrenen Straße) als auch Nachbarn sind zu hören.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, kurze Wege zum Bodensee und Edeka.
8.0Die Unterkunft liegt an einer viel befahrenden Straße, so dass es tagsüber recht laut ist. Das Schlafzimmer geht genau in diese Richtung. Ein Mittagsschläfchen kann man dann im Wohnzimmer auf der Couch machen. Ansonsten wunderbar, die Wohnung hat zwei kleine Balkone, wo man zu zweit gut sitzen kann und einen kleinen Blick auf den Bodensee hat.
− Im Badezimmer keine Haken für Hand- und Badetücher. In der aküche waren keine Geschirrhandtücher, aber nach Rückfrage haben wir welche bekommen.

8.0The apartment is good, big enough. It has two terraces . It is decorated with style and is very beautiful. The bathroom is big, but the shower is low because of the roof. The kitchen is well equipped but no microwave which is a big minus.
− The house is on a very busy road especially in the summer. It is very, very noisy. The communication with the host very difficult. When you arrive, you don't know where to go, to call.
