6.0Die Ferienwohnung ist geräumig und zentral gelegen. Wir waren mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln unterwegs und fanden im Umkreis von 5 Min. zu Fuß mehrere Tram-Haltestellen mit Verbindungen in alle Richtungen der Stadt. Verschiedene Supermärkte (Edeka, denn's, Konsum) und ein großes gastronomisches Angebot sind ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar. Das großzügige Bad ist modern eingerichtet und bietet neben einer Duschkabine auch eine Badewanne.
− Wir waren an einem Juniwochenende mit angenehmenen Temperaturen bis in die Nacht dort. Daher war es in der Nacht von Samstag auf Sonntag auf den umliegenden Straßen sehr belebt und laut. Zusätzlich störte das Quietschen der Betten, so das wir froh waren Ohrstöpsel dabei zu haben. Auch die Schlafmaske war hilfreich, da es morgens durch die Fenster im Erker hell wird. Insgesamt hatten wir das Gefühl, dass außer auf Sauberkeit, wenig wert auf den Zustand der Austattung gelegt wird (Leuchtmittel im Flur defekt, Tür der Duschkabine auf einer Seite kaputt, Fernseher funktionierte nicht wie beschrieben, quietschende Betten, unangenehmer Geruch im Backofen).

− Me parece que tiene todo disponible y buena calidad además lugares muy cerca así que no tengo ningún disgusto
Einfache Wohnung in guter Lage
7.0- zwei unabhängige Zimmer mit jeweils einem eigenen Bad - die zentrale Lage, viele Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe, dafür aber relativ ruhige Nebenstraße
− - Die Wohnung ist schon arg abgewohnt und verbraucht, dafür recht teuer. - Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist wirklich extrem wackelig, quietscht und für zwei Personen zu schmal. Nachdem das schon oft bemängelt wurde, müsste hier mal nachgerüstet werden! - Tatsächlich fehlt hier eine Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit. Die Straßenlaterne steht vor dem Haus und leuchtet die ganze Nacht ins Schlafzimmer!
