8.0Todo estaba muy limpio y cuidado. El alojamiento era muy cómodo y el personal fue muy atento y amable durante toda la estancia. Una experiencia muy agradable!
− No pudimos disfrutar de la piscina durante dos días debido a una incidencia técnica. Aun así, el personal se preocupó por buscar alternativas y, mientras se solucionaba el problema, nos ofrecieron la posibilidad de utilizar la piscina de otro complejo. Finalmente, la avería quedó resuelta y pudimos disfrutar de la piscina. Un detalle que agradecemos.

6.0Francamente non mi è piaciuto nulla.
− Avrei salvato la piscina ma dopo un giorno di utilizzo l'hanno chiusa e messa in manutenzione. Dopo 7 GG è ancora chiusa. Al quarto giorno hanno pensato di proporci di utilizzare la piscina di un complesso ad un km dal loro che porta quasi il loro stesso nome e quindi abbiamo potuto per 4 GG su 7 utilizzare la piscina. Per il resto devo dire che la struttura è vecchia, abbastanza sporca, mai un cambio di asciugamani o pulizie della camera in una settimana intera, pochissime stoviglie e spazi davvero angusti. La reception non c'è. Proprio fisicamente è inesistente. Inoltre sistemazione numero 2 proprio accanto alla porta d'ingresso che probabilmente avevamo l'accortezza di accompagnare solo noi in chiusura. Conseguenza rumori di porte che sbattono a tutte le ore del giorno e della notte. Sono stato a Lanzarote tante volte ma qui prima e ultima volta. C'è di molto meglio sull'isola a prezzi simili.
Super séjour en famille entre tourisme de masse et charme local
9.0Piscine calme et agréable, appartements bien disposés et bien équipés, peu de vis à vis, intimité correcte malgré une grande quantité de logements, facilité pour se garer, très bon rapport qualité prix ! Les appartements à l'étage sont bien plus agréables grâce à leur terrasse pour profiter à tout moment de cette superbe météo Canarienne.
− Message reçu la veille au soir pour envoyer une photocopie de toutes les pièces d'identité sinon impossibilité de récupérer les clés. Manque d'équipement extérieur pour les appartements en rez de chaussée (pas d'ombre, pas de table).
Lugar tranquilo
7.0La ubicación excelente, cama cómoda, apartamento espacioso, tranquilo y silencioso. Bien equipado (faltaría un pequeño horno), limpio y acogedor. Con mucho aparcamiento en la puerta.
− Había cucarachas en las zonas comunes, no dentro del apartamento. Piscina sin poder utilizarse durante 5 días de 8 que estuvimos (por problemas técnicos), nos dieron la opción de ir a otro recinto (a 10 min andando) pero no era muy cómoda esta situación. Aunque se agradece que se buscara una piscina alternativa.
