6.0Зручно до центру 10 хвилин пішки,поруч є де випити кави
− Саме помешкання дуже комфортне ,просторе але бруд під диваном і бруд на кухні дуже псує все(посуд включно з каструлями весь в жиру,ложки з виделками то взагалі липкі і також наче не мились ніколи.тому там краще не їсти а брати їжу і прибори з собою.

− Жахливі апартаменти. Бруд був буквально всюди, а в приміщенні стояв огидний неприємний запах. Посуд старий і зі сколами, користуватися ним було неприємно та небезпечно. Меблі мають такий вигляд, ніби їх принесли зі смітника. У коридорі та на кухні немає нормального освітлення. Зі стелі звисає чорне павутиння. Апартаменти абсолютно не відповідають нормальним стандартам чистоти та комфорту. Не рекомендую.
