Apartmán má dobrou polohu pro starty pěších výletů směrem na Slovensko. Parkování je hned pod okny apartmánu na soukromém pozemku. Ve výbavě byl i kávovar na kapsle Dolce Gusto. V kuchyňce je indukční dvojvařič. Místo k sezení u stolu bylo pro 5 lidí.

− Apartmám je v podkroví, tak to byl boj se šikmými stropy. Stropy zároveň nemají obvyklých 2,5 metru, ale o něco méně.
