it’s a great stay
10.0it’s near restaurants and the owner is very friendly, he even offer to help with our luggage, there are a lot of rooms as well. It’s very comfortable.

3.0− The homestay appears fine at first glance, but the listing is misleading. The photos create the impression that it is located in a modern high-rise building with standard facilities such as an elevator. In reality, it is only a three-storey building with no lift at all. This important information is not stated anywhere on Booking.com, which feels like an attempt to hide a significant drawback and encourage guests to book. I only discovered this on the day of check-in, when I found out that we had to climb to the third floor. Before arriving, I had already sent a WhatsApp message to ask about the property's accessibility, but my message was ignored. I was travelling with elderly family members and a person with a disability, so staying there was simply not an option. We were forced to book another hotel on the same day at our own expense because the property owner provided no assistance or cooperation. To make matters worse, there has been no understanding or flexibility from the owner. My booking was cancelled without any refund or even a partial discount. This was a very disappointing experience, and I believe the listing should clearly disclose the absence of a lift so that guests can make an informed decision before booking.
