Excellent stay

We stayed in this studio for one week and were very pleased with our experience. Studio No. 13 is located on the ground floor, so there is no need to climb any stairs, which is very convenient. The apartment had everything we needed, both in the kitchen and in the bathroom. It was well equipped and thoughtfully prepared for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the large terrace, which offers a beautiful view of the mountains and the entire town of Seefeld. The terrace is furnished with a sun umbrella, a table, and two chairs, making it a perfect place to have breakfast, relax, or simply enjoy the scenery. Although this is a studio apartment with the kitchen and sleeping area in the same room, it did not bother us at all. The apartment is bright and airy thanks to its large windows, and the lighting throughout the apartment is excellent, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We would be happy to stay here again and highly recommend this studio to other travelers.

− We did not find any significant drawbacks to the apartment. The only thing worth mentioning is that it is located on the edge of Seefeld, right next to the forest, on a fairly steep hill. As a result, while the walk to the town center is pleasant, the return trip requires walking uphill. This may be an important consideration for guests with limited mobility or anyone who finds steep inclines difficult. On the other hand, this location is exactly what makes the apartment so peaceful. There is virtually no street noise—only the sound of birds singing—which creates a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere.
