− Budova bola v zlom technickom stave, steny spinave, opadana omietka, od bazena plesen v suterene, suteren zatečený, v bazene bola velka plesen, celkovo budova nie je udrziavana, vyzaduje kompletnu rekonstrukciu spolocnych priestorov.

− Sure not everybody interested in and it was enough warm outside, but it would have been good if the sauna had been switched on
