− We had very terrible expierience. Next door gay was making during the night nazi marks on the and he put a nail inside the lock. No way ti open the lock outside. In the morning we called police to investigate the case. Nice one night nightmare. Never ever again to this flat.

− The selling point for this flat is the spectacular unrestricted view from the small balcony. 5 minutes to a local café / baker and a small bar. Otherwise the shops, bars and restaurants and the harbour area are a 10 /15 minute walk downhill and an energetic hike back up a twisted narrow road although taxis are numerous. Bus service available to the door if the timetable can be deciphered. (some information in the flat to detail this would be good} In general the apartment is comfortable but not exceptional and of average quality in the fittings and the linen. It was well presented and clean The kitchen could be better equipped. A range of pot sizes, cooking implements and sharper kitchen knives or sharpener would be good for those who like to cook with local products. Also a few more basic ingredients would be appreciated e.g. some coffee, tea, oil etc The oven did not seem to work. In summary, the apartment was good, comfortable but did not in our view give value for money.

Obiekt wygląda jakby ktoś odziedziczył mieszkanie po zmarłej babci i zdołał - pokój-po-pokoju - odświeżyć je w jakichś 80% (stan na lipiec 2025). Salon jest bardzo miły, duża sypialnia - w pełni odświeżona. W 4 osoby w mieszkaniu mieściliśmy się całkiem komfortowo. Łazienki - choć dość wygodne - są mocno zużyte. Ze względu na gazowy bojler, trudno ustawić odpowiednią temperaturę wody pod prysznicem. Kuchnia wygląda jak z lat 90 - ma nawet piękną betonową tarę, ale ma też wstawioną dwuskrzydłową wielką lodówkę. Generalnie jest przyzwoicie. Coś nie tak jest z wentylacją: na przywitanie mieliśmy ostry zapach smażonego bacalhau, chyba z piętra poniżej, ale tylko raz. Dojazd - jak to na Maderze - dość wymagający, po jakimś 40 stopniowym nachyleniu w górę. Dojście na pieszo z miasta - odradzam. Widok na Atlantyk - cudowny. Gadające nocą burzyki gniazdujące na klifie - niepowtarzalne. Garaż i przypisane miejsce - jak masz samochód kombi, tak jak ja - tetris i łamigłówka. Musisz parkować na co najmniej 5 razy i za każdym razem inaczej, w zależności, które inne miejsce parkingowe jest akurat wolne. Ale to podobno rozwija zdolności kognitywne. Wielki plus ode mnie za zestaw kostek do zmywarki i kapsułek do prania!

The view! Location is perfect, close to the nicest town in Madeira.

− No elevator - showstopper for many guests as apartment is on 2nd floor.

A wonderful time spent in a quiet town and a great apartment!

A wonderful apartment that has everything you need. The views from the balcony are is stunning! We will definitely come back again!
